This carnival is to commemorate the loss of the LADY SOUTHERN CROSS.  Weather was in the low twenties with light wind. Shooters from the following clubs attended Cecil Park, NSW, Townsville,  Brewarrina, Cooma, Tamworth, Dubbo, Frankston, Bairnsdale, Albury-Wodonga, Griffith, Brisbane, Western Australia. 

I would like to thank our sponsors Fyshwick Firearms and Villi's Pies very much appreciated. Thank You to the shooters for  making the effort to travel and support Skeet. And final thank you very much to the CICTC staff who help run this carnival  Garry Betar & John Kearns in the office, Jennifer Betar & Christine Pethybridge in the kitchen ladies and gentleman from  visiting club Judy & Gerry Lafferty, Ann Rae, Robert Thorne, Jim Laws and my good friend Rodney Kniepp who has now  moved to Queensland but flew back for our shoot and worked very hard cleaning up after the completion of shooting both  days.
